The team here at Spirits And Sports actively encourage all of our customers to use our services responsibly and within your means, Should you feel uncomfortable at any point during your visit or have any concerns please feel free to bring them up with any member of our team and we will be happy to help you, We must advise you that you are over the age of 18 and are classed as a responsible adult, therefore, you are advised to drink and act accordingly at all times.

We operate a smart casual dress policy, although we do allow fancy dress and costumes.

If you appear to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol you will be refused admission into the premises. Possession or intention of supplying drugs will result in you being detained and reported to the local authorities with immediate effect. Drug use is strictly prohibited.

All Customers and visitors wishing to enter the premises will be subject to random searches for weapons and drugs etc, Refusal of the search will result in no admission to the venue.

Any member of staff or customer found to be using contraband / illegal substances will be immediately suspended and reported to the local authorities.

We assume no responsibility for any losses or damages while on the premises also pertaining to credit and debit card transactions, you are responsible for your own transactions, although Cleopatra's lounge does take every precaution against credit card fraud.

Any and all  flyers or vouchers can be withdrawn at any time as per the terms and conditions.

Paying By Card:

Please note that all transactions are final and cannot be refunded.

Please also note that we assume no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred through Debit/Credit card transactions.

Buyers will be made aware of, and responsible for any transactions made.
